Joey did a great job assisting us with the purchase of a lot property in Temecula. He has a local knowledge which is quite crucial to a purchase like this. He is also knowledgeable about zoning restrictions and conditions set by the county. He is always quick in response. What I appreciated him was that when I had a particular question about environmental restriction related, unique question regarding the lot, he helped me to get connected with one of the representatives from the San Diego County who actually deal with the case so that I was able to raise specific questions and get them resolved right away with the very right personnel. That was super helpful especially when it comes to purchasing a lot like this, within such a short period of time in escrow, clearing out the questions are very key to giving a buyer confidence.
